Oh my gosh, I am so sore! I knew I would be today. I was walking like an old lady down the hall at work and a co-worker was laughing at me, lol. I’m having a hard time handling the food intake of this new diet. But I’m working with it. I switched to the 1800 calorie diet instead of 2000 it was just too much and even the 1800 is so much food. Funny, I’m complaining about eatting so much.

Workout today was Back

bent over bb row

4×15x33.5

1 arm db row

4×15x12.5

db pullover

3×15x12.5

db shrugs

4×15x12.5

hyperextensions

these were kind of a joke because I was trying to do them on my ball, they were like mini hyperextensions.

diet:

1.5 scoops WPI - purple-k

m1: 3 eggs, chicken, spinach, 12 almonds, 1/2 grapefruit, wow I was bloated after this meal

xenadrine - CLA - purple-k

m2: 1 c broccoli, 18 almonds, 2 scoops WPI
