Today has been good. Ate a great breakfast and had a good workout. I got to get a rental car last night so that Ford and finally find out what’s wrong with my car. It’s fun driving something different. The funny thing is it’s a Taurus and it hasn’t gone through nearly as much gas as my little Focus, I keep telling these people that, hopefully they’ll listen this time and figure it out. If only I wasn’t upside down with what I owe on my car I would have got a new car, but right now it’s more rational to just fix the one I have.

m2: nesquik ( I forgot my banana so this is my snack, it does at least have some protein)

m4: bratwurst, beans, corn
m5: cookies (why do I even bother keeping track of what I eat, when I eat like this?)
