Did a quick wo. Plan on running again tonight.

wo: 5 min burn it up, legs, booty & abs

squats *superset* lunges

4×12x33.5           4×20

kickbacks

3×12x resistance band

abs on ball

kind of a pathetic wo, I really need to start getting up earlier. Who knows when that will actaully happen.

diet:

xenadrine - BCAA’s - CLA

m1: oatmeal, sf jam, slivered almonds, cranberries

BCAA’s - protein shake

m2: lf cottage cheese

m3: lean body meal replacement, maybe 1/2 an apple

CLA - l-glutamine

m4: carrots
