Oh my gosh, I am so sore! I knew I would be today. I was walking like an old lady down the hall at work and a co-worker was laughing at me, lol. I’m having a hard time handling the food intake of this new diet. But I’m working with it. I switched to the 1800 calorie diet instead of 2000 it was just too much and even the 1800 is so much food. Funny, I’m complaining about eatting so much.
Workout today was Back
bent over bb row
4×15x33.5
1 arm db row
4×15x12.5
db pullover
3×15x12.5
db shrugs
4×15x12.5
hyperextensions
these were kind of a joke because I was trying to do them on my ball, they were like mini hyperextensions.
4×15
diet:
1.5 scoops WPI - purple-k
m1: 3 eggs, chicken, spinach, 12 almonds, 1/2 grapefruit, wow I was bloated after this meal
xenadrine - CLA - purple-k
m2: 1 c broccoli, 18 almonds, 2 scoops WPI

Well we’re off to the races with this new transformation. My engines are revving and so far we’re off to a good start. Last night I took the time to prepare chicken and some broccoli for today. It’s amazing what you can get done when your child is staying with grandpa for spring break. I did plan on making Joe’s lunch for the day but of course that got away from me. I feel so bad, he’s constantly moving and doesn’t eat all day until he gets home or he grabs something crappy from one of his convient stores. His health is catching up with him and he wants to be healthy, so I’m going to take that and run with it. Tonight I WILL prepare a healthy yummy lunch for him that he can snack on when he has the time tomorrow. Also the poor guy is getting up at 2:30am this week to cover another guys shift. He’s gonna be pooped by Friday.
Anyways on to me again. I did a killer leg wo this morning.
squats
4×15x33.5
straight leg dead lift
4×15x33.5
glute kickbacks
4×15 per leg x resistance band
step ups
2×12 per leg x 10 per hand
1×5 per leg x 10 per hand
standing calf raises
2×15x33.5
Probably won’t be able to walk tomorrow, lol. So then there’s the diet. I was supposed to eat after my wo but I’m so used to eatting before that I did again. I’ll have to work out this timing thing and I’m not used to eatting so much food. I thought I already ate alot. I’m starting with the cut diet 2000 and will start to dwindle that down after about 4 weeks.
m1: 1 cup egg beaters, little chicken, fresh spinach and 12 almonds. I was supposed to add a grapefruit but was about to burst just from the eggs.
xenadrine - CLA - purple-k
m2: 2 scoops protein, 18 almonds, 1 cup broccoli
m3: left over chinese chicken and string beans
xenadrine - l-glutamine - CLA
m4: I’m supposed to eat chicken veggies and almonds right now but I’m just not hungry, I can’t eat this much this often, ugh. What shall I do? Maybe I’ll be hungry in a bit???
m5: chicken, beans and rice with a little bbq sauce.

Downloaded this awesome book yesterday from BB.com. It’s the Cut Diet 2. I’m going to try it starting next week. My 2nd 12 week transformation ends this Sunday, so then I’ll start this new routine and it lasts 16 weeks. If I can follow it closely, which really doesn’t seem like it will be a problem, I should change alot by 16 weeks. My biggest issue is always the diet, it’s so freaking hard with a husband and kid in the house to not snack on junk food. But if you were to look at my life a year ago and compare it to now, you’d see huge changes. Changing stupid little things in my life like the kind of milk I drink, how much I exercise or making things with ground chicken instead of beef have made a huge impact in my life. My biggest accomplishments this transformation, have been getting to buy jeans a size smaller, even though the scale hasn’t budged much, things are changing and even these jeans are loose in spots. Other accomplishments are running longer, faster and harder. More definition in my muscles, being able to lift more and having more confidence. Oh and I bought a couple of bikini’s, don’t know if I’ll ever wear them in public but when I put them on I wasn’t as horrified as I’ve been in the past, lol. It’s not even that I’m that fat or anything, it’s mainly the stretch marks from my pregnancy, they are pretty ugly, . But the better my body looks the closer I get to feeling better about the whole package.
So here’s what I did today:
standing db military press
3×6x10
db lateral raises
2×12x5
alternating overhead db press w/rest at the top
3×8 each armx10
db curl against wall
3×6x10
alternating db curl rest at top
3×8 each armx10
push ups
3×10

It’s been a while since I’ve had a good chest/tri wo. Didn’t have time for cardio but had a good wo anyways. I’m fighting a sore throat and now I’m starting to feel warm, ugh. Found out yesterday that I’m having my three last wisdom teeth pulled/surgically removed. That should be a blast! Also my tooth that I had a root canal done on when I was 6 or 7 will be falling out in a couple of years so now I have to get a $3000 implant because it’s my front tooth. stupid teeth! wo: chest/tri’s db flyes w/ a twist 4×10x7.5 straight arm db pullover 4×10x7.5 pushups (will these ever get easier?) 3×10 dips (I can finally do these) 1×10 ha! seated tri press 4×10x12.5 standing kickbacks 4×10x7.5 diet: xenadrine - CLA - BCAA’s (last dosage) m1: muesli, ground flax and wheat germ, skim milk m2: banana

Today has been good. Ate a great breakfast and had a good workout. I got to get a rental car last night so that Ford and finally find out what’s wrong with my car. It’s fun driving something different. The funny thing is it’s a Taurus and it hasn’t gone through nearly as much gas as my little Focus, I keep telling these people that, hopefully they’ll listen this time and figure it out. If only I wasn’t upside down with what I owe on my car I would have got a new car, but right now it’s more rational to just fix the one I have.

had a good run. did 2-3 tough intervals. ordered some new shoes, I think mine are blown out because my joints are hurting more and when I run the balls of my feet feel like there is something in my shoe and there isn’t. I can’t wait to get the new kicks and hit the pavement hard.

Went for a quick run yesterday around the neighborhood after dinner, I love daylight savings time! It was only 15 min. I ran on a full stomach, not a good idea in the future, so I was fighting a side pain so I didn’t really do the intervals I had planned on, But hey I got in a good little sweat.

This morning I wished I had more time because I could have just kept working out. I got up a little late because early this morning I woke up to some neighbors stupid dog barking, so when I got up I was dead tired. Once I was up though I was ready to go. I think I finally talked Joe into letting me get a spinning bike, I’ll compromise for that because it’s smaller than a treadmill. If he gets to have old trucks clogging up our small drive way and garage then damnit I get my spinning bike in our cramped little living room. I made a good point though, no one ever comes over to our house because our friends are jerks, yes you know who you are, =]. So who the hell are we trying to impress with how our house looks, if I want some exercise equipment crammed in the corner then I’ll have it. My health is more important to me right now then having an open corner we don’t use anyways. So now I just need to find a cheap used bike on craigslist and someone who can deliver, since niether of the 2 72 chevy’s we have run. fabulous.
