It was just not in the cards today to train. Even though I was in bed last night at 8:30 it was a restless night sleep. I also forgot to reset my alarm so at 5am this morning I realized it when Joe’s alarm went off and mine should have 10 min before. But at 5am I was just ready to keep sleeping. Though I feel better today than I have most of the week, so I’m happy about that. I plan on getting back in the groove next week and I just don’t know if I can keep up this no cardio thing, I felt so good while I was doing it, I think I’m going to have to keep it up. Tomorrow I look forward to my run, I must remember this time to do abs before, because once I get back from my run I can barely even stand let alone do an ab wo. I don’t know how I started this week off so strong to have it end up like this. Those first couple of wo’s must have totally kicked my butt. I feel defeated right now, =[ hopefully I can pick myself up and get back on cloud nine like I was before.

This morning I woke up feeling awfully sick. Don’t know what it was but I feel fine now. I was super hot and nauseaus (sp?) So I woke up late, didn’t wo and didn’t eat breakfast. I think I’m exhausted and I got burned when I went tanning so I think that might have something to do with it. Also I’m super sore from yesterdays’s wimpy chest wo, I guess it wasn’t so wimpy after all. Today was not a day to train the shoulders, it would have been very painful. Tomorrow is legs, we’ll see what happens. Also since I’m not doing cardio while building, I feel fat, ugh. Only one more week though.
diet:
m1: granola bar, coffee
m2: banana
m3: chicken spaghetti
l-glutamine - CLA
m4: 15 almonds, apple
m5: 3 cookies, chips
m6: 2 homemade chicken soft tacos

Today was a short chest wo. Lately I just cannot get up and I know I’m getting plenty of sleep, I’m starting to get really frusrated with it. Also I’m dead tired at work and just feel out of it. Hope I’m not getting what my son had. Today is Valentines and it doesn’t even feel like it. Tonight my hubby has a dinner set up for us and the location is a surprise, so I’m excited. He’s never done anything like that before. Him being a driver downtown now has really opened up a lot of new doors and I’m excited about all the fun stuff we’ll be doing in the future.
Anways, the wo today:

This explains what I ate for dinner.
Last night was so wonderful. Joe made reservations for a dinner and the place was a surprise to me. It’s one of his accounts so he knows the head chef there. The place is called Wine Down on 28th. It was so cute and romantic. It was dimly lit and the had a guy playing live music.
We started with wine, which I normally don’t like but this was good, then this wonderful waldorf ceasar salad, this bread that was to die for and some awesome cheese. Then the main course was rack of lamb(which I had never had), fingerling potatoes and lime ginger parsnips, dessert was raspberry sorbet, creme brulee with a chocolate bottom, champagne and a chocolate truffle. By the end I was ready to burst! Everything was so wonderful and everyone was so nice. Cheers to Eric the head chef! The whole evening was so great, my baby did a good job this year!
And special thanks for his wonderful sister for watching Brenden so we could go out. What a great lady!

The title pretty much says it all. I didn’t stop to walk once and the whole run was against wind not matter what direction I went.

Ouch, is all I can say. Man I’m feeling the DOMS today. I’m completely worn out, it’s hard to move my arms, my joints are aching and I’m already sore from my wo today. After my run tomorrow, Sunday will be a much needed day of rest. I feel like I haven’t even done anything this week, but my body sure feels like it. Brain vs. muscle, my brain says “you wimp you haven’t done anything, you’re lazy, get on the ball” but my muslces says “slow the hell down, you’re doing enough!”
wo: legs legs legs and a little booty

Today I’m down. I was soooo tired this morning I just couldn’t get up. I have no idea why I’m so tired either I went to be around 9:30-10ish so I know I got plenty of sleep. Maybe it’s because of the way I ate yesterday, who knows. So obviously I woke up too late to wo. Which is really disappointing because I had this great chest and tri wo planned. Maybe if I feel up to it tonight I’ll try but I’m not going to promise myself anything because I know how I am at night and I don’t want to disappoint myself anymore.
