grueling wo

Today I woke up on time again, besides the fact that I hit my snooze button once without knowing it. Had a yummy breakfast and started my wo. I was shaking alot during this wo and my stomach was being very sensitive but I got most of it done.

wo: cardio, chest, tri’s, abs

15 min of burn it up

flyes

4×12x7.5

abs in between sets

supine tri ext *superset* tate press

4×12x7.5 this is where I started shaking, was getting really tired

standing kick backs

4×12x7.5

hammer grip db press

2×12x12.5 couldn’t pump anymore out

from yesterday’s wo and todays, my arms are very weak

diet:

xenadrine - multi-v

m1: 2 egg whites, pico de gilo wrapped in a sun dried tomato wrap

protein shake

m2: banana, melon

CLA

m3: chicken marsala, carrots, snow peas

xenadrine

m4: 3 egg whites, hummus, whole wheat wrap

l-glutamine

m5: =[ grilled stuffed burrito fresco style, 4 cookies
