grueling wo
Today I woke up on time again, besides the fact that I hit my snooze button once without knowing it. Had a yummy breakfast and started my wo. I was shaking alot during this wo and my stomach was being very sensitive but I got most of it done.

4×12x7.5 this is where I started shaking, was getting really tired
standing kick backs

2×12x12.5 couldn’t pump anymore out
from yesterday’s wo and todays, my arms are very weak
