Got up earlier today! Only hit snooze button once. Had a great wo. And my booty is sore from yesterday.

wo: shoulders, bi’s back, cardio

20 min ramp it up

one arm shoulder press

4×12x10

seated two arm front raise

4×12x10

one arm side raise

4×12x7.5 yeah! I upped the weight finally. Doing one arm at a time helped. I had a little popping but I just tried to ignore it.

curls *superset* bent over db row

4×12x10

My shoulders better be sore tomorrow after all that.

diet:

xenadrine - multi-v

m1: 2 egg whites, ezikiel toast dab pb

protein shake

m2: veggies, hummus

CLA

m3: 2 Kavli crisp bread, grapes, lf cottage cheese, 1/2 apple

xenadrine - l-glutamine

m4: 15 almonds

m5: dry bagel, priates booty

m6: chicken marsala, grilled carrots, snow peas, half a sweet potato, spray butter
