back to the grind
Well like I said in a previous blog I would get back to my routine today and I’m so happy that I did. I went grocery shopping yesterday alone so I was able to get alot of good stuff to keep me on track. I got Joe his cookies but I got some that I don’t like, so hopefully that will help.
I got up a little later than I hoped for, but still earlier than lately. I had a great breakfast and started my wo.
wo: cardio, legs and butt
10 min of ramp it
step ups
3×30x7.5 per hand
lunges *superset* narrow squats
3×20 3×10x33.5
adductors *superset* lunges
2×10x resistance band 1×20
Then I ran out of time

m1: 2 egg whites, oatmeal, sf jam (no splenda!)
protein shake post wo
m2: apple, 1 tsp almond butter
m3: veggie soup, 1 can tuna
m4: protien shake, baby carrots
m5: ugh a donut
m6: adobo pork w/pico de gilo
