Today was a very quick wo. Unfortunately it takes too much time to do the first leg move, so by the time I’m done I only have a little time left. But I didn’t start as early as I should also.

3×15 per legx10 per hand

lunges *superset* bb squats

2×20 steps    2×10x33.5

I’ve altered my supplement intake drastically. I found out yesterday that I was taking way too much at once. I shouldn’t have been taking creatine and caffine at the same time, so while I’m on the purple-k I won’t be taking xenadrine. This is all a learning experience for me. Also I won’t be taking the BCAA’s with creatine for now. I’ll take those while I’m not on creatine. I have a lot more reading to do.

diet:

m1: oatmeal, splenda (which I want to cut out) and sf jam, 3 strips turkey bacon

m4: tuna salad sandwich and fruit salad from whole foods

m5: rest of fruit salad,  carrots
