Got started a little late this morning but had time to fit in a quick breakfast and wo.

wo: shoulders, bi’s and back

standing one-arm db press

4×12x10

seated front raise

4×12x10

standing side raise

4×12x5

curls *superset* bent over arms in row

4×12x10

diet:

xenadrine - BCAA’s - purple-k

m1: 2 eggs whites, oatmeal. splenda, sf jam

BCAA’s - purple-k

m2: yogurt

m3: couple bites of bbq ribs, black eyed peas (yes the actual food)

CLA - l-glutamine

m4: carrots

m5: protein shake

m6: steak stir-fry, 3 pieces of chocolate
