Man, I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough time to get my wo done this morning but then it went so quick that I ended up having a little extra time so I did some abs. I know I’m at good weights still because I struggle to get through the last few reps. FEEL THE BURN!

Got up a little late today but still had to time to eat and do a quick wo. Today is my second day of upping the purple-k creatine. After I got done today my quads and calves felt like the wanted to bust right out of my legs. So hopefully that stuff is working. Yesterday I found a diet that I think I can actually stick to. It’s very simple and I went and bought the groceries last night. All it is really is a clean diet, like I should be on anyways. Now the hardest thing to do is stop myself when I’m heading for the cookies or something bad in my kitchen. I have to realize that junk is always going to be there, I mean I have a 6 year and a hubby who isn’t dieting and I don’t expect them to give all their treats up. So I just need to keep my mind on track and make up some tricks to keep me to munching, because whenever I do it, I’m not even hungry anyways, I’m just doing it because it tastes good. One trick I read about the other night was if you get hungry while your cooking dinner, which I always do, make some hot tea with splenda and slowly sip on it. The hot sweetnerd drink will help calm your tummy, plus tea is good for you.

Today I feel fat again, I haven’t felt this way in a long long time but the past few days I haven’t felt very lean. Could it be the creatine catching up with me or my diet??? I’m ready to cut next week.
The co. dinner was Saturday night, we had a blast. We had to leave early and were rushed out the door and weren’t able to say goodbye to our friends but besides that we had fun. I’m not too happy with the pictures from the dinner but I put them up anyways. Good news though, the shirt I bought for the dinner was a MEDIUM!!! That really boosted my spirits.
This morning I didn’t get up in time to workout. I slept like crap last night. I will hopefully have time tonight to get the wo in, but we also have to go grocery shopping, ugh.
diet:
m1: 2 special k waffles, spray butter, sf syrup
m2: protein shake w/light soy milk (I am beyond sick of this stuff)
m3: mg pasta, organic spaghetti sauce, 1/2 can tuna, light mayo

My run today was good. I did have to stop and walk some but hey I went all the way so whatever. I felt really strong and had a good bounce in my step. The past few days though I’ve felt really fat. I’m going to be doing alot of research and try and fix my diet and cardio situation. I know this is why I’m not feeling as lean and I should. Could be the bulking stage too though.

I kicked my booty today. I was sweating real good, felt great. I was going to add another set today, but I totally forgot. That’s ok though because I quickly ran out of time. Tomorrow’s the big dinner. I didn’t reach my goal, but I look fine anyways. I will continue to work on my goal, it’s just taking longer than thought because I can’t get my damn eatting habits under control.

Today started off slow. I was planning on taking my time to get to work with the back roads still being covered in packed snow. But then the wo went pretty quick actually. I again didn’t do my 10 mins of cardio. I get so tired of doing those stupid wo videos, I can’t wait for spring when I can run, run, run.

I have to really watch my diet the next couple of days, Saturday is the dinner I and want to look my best. For some reason, maybe because it’s winter or something but I’m really struggling with my diet. I’m not eatting fast food but I baked a cake the day it snowed. Probably alot from boredom, but I’m having a hard time controlling myself. Not sure how to fix this either.
Oh and so far I can’t see any changes from taking the purple-k. It says to take 1-2 pills 30 min before wo and 1-2 within 60 min of the wo. I’ve been only taking 1 each time because I never took creatine before and didn’t want to over do it, but I’m not feeling anything different (not sure if I should)so next week I might change it to the 2 pills each time.

Well today I had to go back to work but I went in late. The roads were still bad but the highways were ok. My wo was lazy, didn’t do my cardio and I regret that decision now.

I’m actaully not writing this on the 16th but I’ll try and remember what I did this day. Today was a snow day, we got 4 inches and I didn’t go to work. I woke up early to eat and wo just like a normal day and around 5:30-6am it started to snow. I was excited because I knew I’d be able to clean house that day, which I did. Today I was supposed to do cardio and legs, this time I got legs done first then cardio, much smoother this way. I also did the lunges first, which I dislike the most.

Current mood: groggy
Today was freezing again. Just didn’t want to get up out of bed and freeze my ass off. So tonight I plan on working back, shoulders, bi’s, tri’s and chest. Probably won’t do any cardio. But I have a lot of lifting to do. I also plan on starting my purple-k today. I’m excited to see what happens.

Saturday: I went for my run, it was very short. As soon as my ears were numb I starting running and then it was hard to breath, so I ran for only a mile. But at least I tried.
Sunday: I was supposed to work some chest and tri’s but that didn’t happen. It was a very lazy day, we watched all of the Godfather II and cleaned the house some.
