Damn my booty hurts! I love it! Started off a little late again today because I hit my snooze button and didn’t even know it. My hubby slept in a little so I was just too comfy to care. When I finally got up though I was full of energy, I think all the new supplements I’m on are really helping. I ate real quick and started my wo.
wo: cardio and chest, tri’s
20 min of slim in 6 ramp it up
bent arm db pull over
3×12x10
bench press
3×12x33.5 upped the weight
standing kick backs
3×12x7.5
then I ran out of time, but I pushed myself really hard so it was good
diet:
b4 wo: xenadrine efx - flax seed oil - multi-v - BCAA - magnesium
m1: 2 egg whites, 1 slice ww toast w/ pb, water
post wo: BCAA - l-glutamine - protein shake
m2: yoplait light yogurt
b4 lunch: CLA
m3: salad, chunk chicken, ff dressing,strawberry nirvana light jamba juice
post lunch: l-glutamine - flax seed oil - xenadrine
m4: small piece of orange cake (yuck), 15 almonds

Oh the protein shake I had today was the substance WPI in juicy watermelon. OMG! this stuff is amazing, it tastes so freaking good! This is my all time fave now! 
Oh and I went all last night without eatting anything after dinner, I had even planned on trying my new Dorian Yates pudding, but just wasn’t hungry. I’m so proud of myself, I wasn’t even thinking about food.
