My weight is staying the same as of today, but that is great to me. My true results are coming from my measurements. These are the results as of yesterday.
lost 1/2 inch in arms
lost 1.8 inches in hips
lost 4 inches in waist
gained 1.5 inches in thighs, muscle baby
gained 1/2 inch in calves, damn more muscle baby!
I think things are coming along quite nicely. Right now I’m just trying to find workouts that I can stick with until this transformation is over. I’m tired of switching things up sooo much, I want to get a routine and stick with it. Oxygen mag has some great ones in there for at home so I think I’ll try those.

Damn my booty hurts! I love it! Started off a little late again today because I hit my snooze button and didn’t even know it. My hubby slept in a little so I was just too comfy to care. When I finally got up though I was full of energy, I think all the new supplements I’m on are really helping. I ate real quick and started my wo.
wo: cardio and chest, tri’s

bent arm db pull over
3×12x10

Oh the protein shake I had today was the substance WPI in juicy watermelon. OMG! this stuff is amazing, it tastes so freaking good! This is my all time fave now!
Oh and I went all last night without eatting anything after dinner, I had even planned on trying my new Dorian Yates pudding, but just wasn’t hungry. I’m so proud of myself, I wasn’t even thinking about food.

Ok well just tried my first Nectar shake. Pretty good, you can taste the whey but for the most part it’s better than the other stuff I’ve tried. Since you mix it with water it goes down quicker and the after taste isn’t that bad. However the free bb.com water bottle I got sucks, it leaks and you get more air then drink when you take a sip. I think Nectar will definately become my top protein source for now. It’s as close to kool-aid as I’ll get.

Got up late again today, but was able to eat real quick and get my cardio in. Luckily my cardio consists of alot of leg moves so I don’t feel so bad that I didn’t get the weight training in. I didn’t work out last night, there is a reason why I work out in the mornings. It’s getting lighter and lighter outside later at night. I’m so excited, that is the one thing I’ll do at night, run. I also need to buy a jump rope, that burns a ton of calories and I could do it on my back deck.
wo: cardio
slim in 6 ramp it up, 20 mintues
seated calve raises
3×16x28
diet:
m1: cracklin oat bran w/skim milk
m2: protein shake w/ light soy milk

Today didn’t get started as planned. I was dead tired this morning and freezing cold so I just got up in time to eat breakfast. I still ended up being late to work because my car was smoking so I took it in to Oil Can Henry’s and found out it has an oil leak. This car is such a piece of crap, it really should be called a ****us not a focus. It only has 51,000 miles on it and alredy has an oil leak and won’t start sometimes, the whole electrical system is screwed up and sometimes my windows in the back won’t roll down and yes, the child safety is off and the right passenger side won’t roll down unless I do it from my side, ugh, POS! So come tax time I’m going to try and get a new car. Never a ford ever again.
I plan on working out tonight, we’ll just see how that goes. oh and I ate like crap this weekend, being my hubby’s b-day and all, I just let loose. Back on track now though.
diet plan:
m1: kashi and skim milk
m2: veggies and ff dip
m3: soup
m4: cottage cheese and almonds
m5: ended up having ground chicken spaghetti with the new shirataki noodles and asparagus. The noodles were very interesting. They smell icky when you open the package but once you boil them they are ok. They don’t really have much flavor but have a slimy texture which I just couldn’t get over. They also filled me up very fast and I couldn’t finish my meal. Also this might sound really gross but they make your pee smell like burning rubber, ugh, it was so gross. They supposed to have less calories and carbs which is cool, but I don’t know if I can get over the texture. Maybe I’ll try them in a soup.m6: dark chocolate

Had a good leg wo today. I forgot to write yesterday that my whole upper body was sore, I think adding one exercise per body part really helped. Tonight I need to hit the mall for Joe’s b-day. Still not sure what I’m going to get him, usually I have this all planned but he’s getting harder to shop for. The one thing I planned on getting is getting really hard to find, I’ve already called a few places and they are out, . But I have other options, I just have to decide. I’m also getting my tanning package today. This will be great, I’m just paying a flat fee for a whole year, instead of worrying about coming up with the money every month and it comes out to be the same amount anyways. I was so worried about being white this summer with all the skirts I love to wear but now I don’t have to worry about it, .
wo: legs, abs
db lunges
3×12x20
db step ups
3×12x20
iron cross
3×12x5
plie squats
3×12x12.5
bicycle crunches
75
That’s all I had time for.

m4: subway 6″ honey oat, turkey, veggies, oil, vinegar, no cheese

I’m so excited I got my annual bonus yesterday (I won’t post amount, don’t want to make anyone jealous, even though it was half of what I got last year , darn profits, lol) and decided to stock up on some things. Thought I’d list what I got. My other goal is to get a tanning package, I just miss it so much. So here’s the list:
Eclipse 2000 Deluxe BCAA
Now CLA
PrimaForce Substance WPI in juicy watermelon
Now L-glutamine caps
Syntrax Nectar in cherry
Dorian Yates approved ProDessert in chocolate, I heard really good things about this.
Oh and since I ordered so much I get a free water bottle, sweet!
So now I need to hit the local GNC for some magnesium because they didn’t have it online. I’m hoping these fruity flavored proteins will go down easier and I can mix them with water so that will save on calories.
The Dorian Yates and Primaforce are thanks to dvsness! =]

after crying last night on the way to taco hell, I realized that I was really fighting some demons. I had planned all day on cooking something healthy with I got home and right before I got home I got a call to pick up taco hell. So I decided the hubby really wanted it and I was starving too so ok. Well then I was like no, I’ll get him and my son something and then cook when I get home for myself. But I knew the food would smell so good and that I would be absolutely starving so I actually cried about it because I felt like I was breaking my commitment to myself and got taco hell. I got 2 chicken soft tacos fresco style, which is w/o cheese or sourcream and they put pico de gilo on it. So it’s really not the worst thing in the world but I still ate fast food which I knew not to do. So I told the hubby about my mental breakdown over fast food and he said he won’t ask me to do that again when I’m planning on cooking something, which I thought was really nice and supportive. He knows how hard I’m working on this and he wants to see me happy and succeed. So that is my last confrontation with fast food, I mean I actually cried for crying out loud, ha ha. That actually makes me feel really good, because that’s how serious I am about this. I want to eat clean. There will be the occasional eatting out but no more fast food for me. I do realize however that subway is fast food and alot of it is processed but I’ll probably still eat there occasionaly. But I know what to order there that’s healthy. This weekend I plan on picking up Tosca Reno’s book The eat clean diet. I’ve been waiting for this book to come out and I can’t wait to start reading it. Oh and I decided that I’m going to look into running a marathon, probably a half marathon if I can find one in Portland. If I can train myself to run 3 miles when I only run 1 day a week imagine what I could do if I ran almost everyday. Springtime here I come. I feel like I’m really finding myself through this whole process and that this is me. I’m a very very very strong person and I have alot of drive, so it’s exciting that I’ve found something that makes me feel so good, look better, gives me goals and gives me an identity.
