ya so this past weekend was not so healthy in anyway, shape or form! i ate so much ribs, steak, macaroni salad…oh and not to mention the beer i drank. also its been quite awhile since i hit the gym and really haven’t been dedicated for the last 7 days i can feel it catchin up with me. all the weight that i had lost came back and so now its back to hard work and serious dedication to get rid of this fat.

so the beginning of the week was very productive of hitting the weights. monday and tuesday i had good pays of pumpin iron, wednesday had a good hour of cardio. wemt home and weighed myself coming in at 271.2. i wake up thursday morning with a bad case of a stomach virus. i cant for anything for the fact that i might throw up anything i eat. so most of the day im jus laying in bed feelin like crap. all i have to eat is a handful of grapes. today i wake up feeling a little better but not up to perfection and i decide to weigh myself, a crazy 266.4. so in that one bad day i lost almost 5 full pounds. and my bodyfat went from 39.3% or so down to a 38%. and all this is happening when i have a grueling weekend down in san diego this weekend playing flag football in a tournament.
