alrightyyy…so my last entry was a while ago and ive been changing it up…i do traps 2 times a week cause they are lagging seriously. ive been doing it different. i did chest yeserday and for my last set we had dumbell presses. my max when i first did these about 2 months ago was 65’s and i could do that once. now im reppin 95’s im excited. so for my last set on traps in between my sets on chest i would get in a set on traps on dumbells then when im done with chest i would move over to barbell shrugs. i recently bought straps and they help so much. but i talked to a few people and they told me different answers so i stopped. its working out pretty good but if i dont feel as much progress then ill switch back
