The journey begins!

I finally have felt that I have built a descent base to feel confident enough to step on stage. I will do this in 2008. Currently I’m above 200pds, my goal is to get up to 220-30 and I will do this keeping my bodyfat under 11% as I am fairly lean around 200+pds currently. Even though I can’t tell where the muscle weight to go, I’m looking to beaf up my quads, hamstrings, calves and arms and shoulders, while maintaining my small waist that I am known for. I will be consuming around 5000k clean calories per day mostly consisting of carbs and protein, I will not be counting fat intake as it will be pretty low, under 70g a day. My training will be heavy and intense, Mon-Fri, and Sat will be dedicated to just calves, that would be my second time hitting them. I will keep my cardio as well, doing 4xs a week medium pace on incline about 30minutes. I’m looking into upping my poundages as well on everything. Currently repping 405 for about 10 reps on squats, I ‘d like to up that to 505 in a couple months for 10 reps. Flat bench is around 315 x 15 reps, I haven’t maxed out in a while but I know that would leave me around 400+, I want that to be around 495 and be repping 400pds. Last time I maxed bench it was in the summer around 440’s. Barbbell curl is around 165 x 10reps, I’d like to move that into 205 for 10. Skull crushers currently with the olympic bar 185 x 7, I’d like to get 225, we’ll see how my elbows are at that point as they do like to piss me off when I go heavy, there are ways to alleviate that issue. As for shoulder press currently doing 315pds for 6 now, I’d like to see 405. I’ve been strong all my life and have been setting records in highschool and college, so these figures aren’t unrealistic and if you know me, you know that it’s not, anyhow I like to set these numbers in order to reach my goals along with the new muscle to be added. I want to step on stage at the top bracket of light heavy weights around 198 diced. In order for me to add weight, I have to lift heavier then I used to from the last time I added the new muscle, my body only responds to heavy poundages and high carb high protein diets. Let the journey begin!
