Legs & A$$ talk about junk in the trunk
So here it is, are there any ladies out there willing to share their deepest secrets regarding the transformation of a$$ and legs? I’ve tried almost every supplement known to mankind, cardio, weights (both light & heavy) and nothing. I can feel the muscle if I touch my leg but I can’t see it… Very frustrated!!! SOS
Please anything??

Doesn’t it come down to diet, diet, diet? That’s what I’ve learned about my loooooong quest for abs. No amount of cardio, situps, crunches, etc. will give me a nice set of abs, unless I’m very self-disciplined to eat clean, maintain a calorie deficit, and indulge very few cheats to strip off the bodyfat. I hate it, but that seems to be the answer.
PS: Sorry, I’m not a lady.

Al hit the nail right on the head. For the millionth time it’s been said on this site…spot reduction is a myth. Gotta tighten up the diet and get rid of the fat or else those muscles will never see the light of day.

I believe (as well as others) that getting a lean and fit body is 80% nutrition. I’ve seen people restricted to a wheel chair get lean and fit mainly due to their nutrition. The cardio and weight training program make up the remaining (and paltry) 20%.
These numbers are speculative, but they reflect real world results by anyone who has achieved leanness.
Thanks!

They said it already….nutrition…A moment on the lips will go to the hips…a paraphrase I know. Normally I have found the first place you gain weight is the last place you will lose it.
While you are dieting (I hate that word because it is a lifestyle change) build up those muscles with squats and lunges galore.
Good luck!!!

How long are you sticking with any one diet or routine?? The time frame makes a big difference in seeing results.

Squats and lunges it is, should I do legs once or twice a week? I just started a kettlebell boot camp class which is strictly lower body on Monday nights.
As far as sticking to a diet or routine, maybe 3 weeks max because I get discouraged when I don’t see results so I try something different.
Call me weird!
