Eating
Ok so hear is my deal. I eat pretty clean the majority of the time. I eat throughout the day with the small meals, mostly protein.
However I go to the gym right after work and don’t get home until around 8 and I think that is to late to eat any kind of food without packing the calories therefore I slam a protein drink.
I have mixed feeling as far as proper nutrients after such a grouling work out.
