Ok so hear is my deal. I eat pretty clean the majority of the time. I eat throughout the day with the small meals, mostly protein.
However I go to the gym right after work and don’t get home until around 8 and I think that is to late to eat any kind of food without packing the calories therefore I slam a protein drink.
I have mixed feeling as far as proper nutrients after such a grouling work out.
ANY THOUGHTS?

I like to have a protein shake after I work out too. Depending on how many carbs are in the shake I will have rice or a sweet potato with it. It really depends on your goals. I can help you figure it out if you send me you diet.

Breakfast - Protein shake w/skim
Bottle of pepsi (my weakness)
Break - Banana or apple
Lunch - Chicken or turkey something with 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
break - String cheese (2)
Pre work out - No expode,
During workout - Xtend
Post work out - Protein shake w/skim milk
I want to shed some pounds, I was down to 123 and I’m back up to 131.
I would like to stay at 125
