Seriously, no matter what I try or do I can’t loose a pound. I religiously work out 5 days a week sometimes 6 and eat clean 70% of the time.
I’m sore all of the time and my clothes is still snug. I feel like a oompa loompa. Very discouraged.
Hell my fee even hurt from running it’s crazy. Thanks for letting me vent, I’m off to the gym for legs the 2nd time this week.

So here it is, are there any ladies out there willing to share their deepest secrets regarding the transformation of a$$ and legs? I’ve tried almost every supplement known to mankind, cardio, weights (both light & heavy) and nothing. I can feel the muscle if I touch my leg but I can’t see it… Very frustrated!!! SOS
Please anything??

Okay so I’m a little discouraged about my weight loss. I’m at a plateau and the scale isn’t budging and my clothes still fits the same. Since May 1st I’ve been eating pretty clean with little to no cheat meals and work out religiously every day mixing both cardio and weights. M-T I do 1 1/2 hrs of cardio in the morning and then at night I do about 45/60minutes of weight training.
An average day for food looks like this.
Protein shake after cardio session at 7:00 am
1/4 cup of no fat cottage cheese with snap peas 9:30 am
Chicken salad with Spinach in lieu of iceburg lettuce w/a little low fat catalina dressing dressed with avacado 12:00 pm
1/4 cup of no fat cottage cheese with snap peas 2:30 pm
Protein shake after wo 7:00 PM
What am I doing wrong???

Well I did it BB friends, I order the Cellucor D4/T7 I should get it next week. I am a little nervous to try it because of how powerfull I’ve heard it to be and I’ve read a lot of positive feedback and only found a few negative reviews so please wish me luck.
I’ve taken several products with/without ephedra and so forth so I’m use to the stimulants of caffeine etc. I’m just hoping I don’t get dizzy or fuzzy in the head with this product.
I have 10lbs to loose and I’m back where I need to be, I’m just at a stand still right now and need a power boost.

I’m in serious need of some intervention… I fell of the wagon about a month ago. I’m in a new relationship and that has completely thrown my whole mojo off track.. I eat like crap, I don’t work out like I use to and I try to get to the gym and I’m struggling.
I need to get focused and back on track but I’m struggling, any ideas or suggestions???

Ok so hear is my deal. I eat pretty clean the majority of the time. I eat throughout the day with the small meals, mostly protein.
However I go to the gym right after work and don’t get home until around 8 and I think that is to late to eat any kind of food without packing the calories therefore I slam a protein drink.
I have mixed feeling as far as proper nutrients after such a grouling work out.
ANY THOUGHTS?

So I’ve decided to try to compete again it an all natural show this coming October. At this point I’m more determined than ever and I find myself training harder than I ever did before.
Yeah sure, it’s only been a couple of days but my determination is stronger that what it has been in the past.

I’ve been gong back to the gym, definatley not the drive that I had before. Not to mention, I live in Wisconsin where it’s either snowing or freezing.
I’m not as dedicated as I was before, I keep thinking something is going to change but it hasn’t thus far.
