Back on track

The other day i was feeling really blah and not caring about  my diet nor going to the gym. So, I got on bodyspace and posted a blog. A few people wrote me and gave me some advice and some encouragement. That really lifted my spirits and got me back in my grove. I am now eating how I should, resting, taking my vitamins, and working out how I need to. I am out here deployed away from home and all of the normal distractions that I normally would so I need to really take advantage of this time to get in the best shape that i can. Thank you to eceryone that supports me and motivates me to want to try harder.

Great attitude! Keep going strong, even when you want to stop.

There you go… way to get back into it.
Being in Iraq myself and going thru the "same ole, same ole" gets a bit monotonous… I have learned to turn off that switch that catches us all of guard… I just keep looking for the next pound gained/lost, the next obstacle in my training that I want to overcome. I guess finding results has keep me motivated to keep on keeping on..( ok cheesy but still is true )…
