Maintaining
I am back and forth on if i wanted to compete again this year or not. I decided that it’s best to wait till I get back from my deployment. I am just maintaining now and having fun. Although I am not exercising as much or eating the greatest, my body is still holding up pretty well. For approaching 29 years old, I think I look pretty good. Let’s see what my body does after I have kids.
