Starting 3 weeks out 11/15/08
-Tanning
-Cardio 30-40 min a day except on leg day, take the day off of cardio.
-Cut down to having carbs for breakfast only.
-No more cheat meals from here on out, your cheat meal can however consist of a carbohydrate since technically you are not having them at all except for breakfast.
-The calories you lose from taking carbs out of your diet, you MUST replace those lost calories with protein/good fat sources.
Starting 2 weeks out: 11/22/08
-Cardio 35- 45min a day except on leg day.
Starting 1 week out: 11/29/08
-Cardio 45 min as many days as you can
-No carbs at all for the following week with exceptions discussed further
Sunday November 30:
-Sodium load/last cheat meal: Eat PIZZA! (It’s the best extremely high sodium meal to have)
Monday December 1- Friday 5:
- Sodium deplete. Food must be prepared with out ANY sodium. Which means anything in a wrapper, previously prepared food, food out of a can, most seasonings, etc., cannot be consumed for the entire week. Sodium intake should stay under approx. 30-60mgs sodium for each day.
- Sodium depletion should occur in conjunction with taking water pills each day as well.
Wednesday Dec 3:
- Limit water intake to one gallon for entire day
- 45 min cardio
Thursday Dec 4:
-Limit water to 1/2 gallon for the whole day
-30 min cardio if necessary
-First coating of protan
- Last weights workout
Friday Dec 5:
- Limit water intake to ¼ gallon for whole day
-Carb up/cheat meal breakfast
-Eat clean the rest of the day (maintaining sodium depletion)
-1 coating of protan the night before
- No cardio or lifting
