I guess I cannot count cause I thought I was 14 weeks out, I was wrong it 12!!! I am now on a super strict diet, eating about every 3 hours with at lest 20 grams of protein in each mean. I am still hungry though. I find myself looking at the clock for when my 3 hours comes so that i can eat. I also increased my cardio. I am doing cardio 5 times a week now for 30 mins and then I will up it to 45 mins in 2-3 weeks. I am at 21% BF now and I plan to be at 16% in 8 weeks from now. Hope that I can do this. I am taking many vitamins now. Multivitamin, zinc, postassium, magnesium, CLA, MSM, Flax seed oil, Isopure protein, Cell mass, and Hydroxycut max. I feel like a druggie popping all of these pills and stuff but it is all for a good reason. I am interested to see how my body is going to transform. I will post a new food diary and workout program next week and take some more progress pic’s. I am a little bloated due to my ‘time of the month". Not fun. The hardest thing is maintaining my lifestyle and staying on track. i just moved, I am st a new job, new house, back to school. It’s a whole lifestyle change. This is my first show so I have nop clue what I am doing and how my bodt reacts to things. This is more like trail and error. I am taking notes and writing down my exercises and changes in weight so that I know what to do next time around. Wish me luck.
