“Hard Work Pays Off”

Finally settled in at college, SUNY Brockport, and still dieting and training for the INBF Natural USA. Trained for the past 7 weeks during summer along with carrying a job, now another 6 to go. Getting up, going to work for 6 hours then training in the gym for 2 hours, while fitting in 7 meals a day. . . not exactly the life the typical 20 year old lives.  Dieting is harder then ever now that I’m at school around constant drinking plus classes and school work.  It helps living with my best friend / training partner who also bodybuilds and actually first got me into bodybuilding.(woopitskevin) I owe a lot to him. He keeps pushin me harder and harder every day. Gotta keep your eye on the prize and never feel sorry for yourself. Hard work always pays off. Wish me luck!

it’s cool to hear another story similar to mine. i’m 19 and at school in Mass. and train for about an hour or so a day with my roommate and good friend, i eat close to 7 meals a day, fit in homework, and friends, and try to avoid all the drinking that goes on every weekend. its hard because you can’t go anywhere without a party full of booze and i’m walking in with my water bottle and peanuts. but you got to do what you got to do when you live this life. you look good man, keep up the hard work. 100% natural!

Good luck with your endeavors; don’t be discouraged but keep your determination and you will indeed achieve your goals.

    I wish you well.
