I AM SICK SNEEZING COUGHING AND TAKING CARE OF THREE KIDS. I EALLY WANNA LAY DOWN AND REST BUT I HAVE TO BE WARRIOR WOMAN. MY HUSBAND IS STAYING AT HIS MOMS HOUSE AND WOULD NOT WATCH TEM B/C HE DIDENT WANT HIS MOM GETTING SICK, SO HERE I AM BY MYSELF, SICK AS F@#$. HOPEFULLY ILL FEEL BETTER SOON. IM GONNA FORCE MYSELF TO DRINK A SPIKE A SUCK IT UP. NO PAIN NO GAIN AS THEY SAY;0

its 5am andi amdrinking my am pre-cardioworkout shake of 1 scoopplus water.illbe doing somespike and 30mins on elliptical. i do shoulders and abs today:) today is mysons 7th birthday.i dunno where all the time went. busy busy day today…good luck everyine hAve a gr8 monday!

soivebeen doing pretty good with my training. did arms yesterday and wentup5 1bs in weight and my bi’s HURT! but i LOVE that doms. it makes me feelacomplished:) i just hadmy morning meal of oatmeal and protein powder..yum-o. i am stayingwith my bff untili get everything paid at new place…. she does NOT eat healthy at all so i have my foods and she has hers.. hard bypassing the icecream givin everything that has happened. im being strong! well off to take my oldest to school then back todo legs and back:)

things are so crazy and hectic thati have not been main taining a good diet and workout sced this week. i been eating crap and my body feels it, im tired sluggish and moody. I have caught myself and now im back on my good eating and water chicken, talapia, b rice veggies and egg whites… o and lets not for fget the oatmeal!!! how does everyone deal with the roAD BLOCKS IM USED TO HAVING ONLY HEALTHY FOOD AROUND AND NOW IM LIVING WITH A FRIEND . WE ARE COMPLETE OPPOSITES..

well ive got a place to live.. my grandmothers ols place i am making payment on it and it will be mine-yup im buying it! ive gotta come up with some cash but at least things are looking up. i woke up this morning had a protein shake and some spike and did 25 mins of cardio. it felt so good to just sweat and thing posative thoughts. your life is what you make it and if i continue to see negative that all i will recieve is negative bad things. is my life 100 percent better? no but i am working on it. my husband and i have been talking about marriage counseling and stuff, we’re gonna stay seperated while we figure out what to do(my idea) but its good to know i can make it with or without him. im gonna love me:P

I have been going through so much latley its unreal. my husband and i are seperating and i am going to be on my own with three children. through all of this working out is helping me deal with stress, i havent been getting as much cardio in but i get weight in everyday. right now i dont have a place to live because we got rid of the house we were renting tog. i feel super stressed

I have recently found out thAT I AM EATING FOOR THREE. THATS RIGHT I AM PREGNET WITH TWINS. AS HAPPY AS I AM I AM TERIFIED THat my body is gonna take the toll. i am suppose to be taking in an extra 600-700 calories on top of what i am already eating! i am trying to eat well but i have been craving like some sweet things. most of the time i eat good though. i realize it is dangerous to diet during pregnANCY AND DO OT WANNA DO THAT OR PUT MY BABYS IN DANGER. I HAVE BEEN VERY TIRED AND AM GONNA HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO MOVE AROUND MORE. I HAVE ONE KIDNEY THAT WORKS CORRECTLY AND THE OTHER IS DEAD, SO I WAS AT HIGH RISK WITH JUST ONE BABY… I NOW HAVE TWO IN MY BELLY! ANY ADVICE??

i think that everyone goes through changing their nutrition for the worst at times. since summer vacation has started i slacked off on my nutrition, i have been taking in as many calories and have been running around everywhere with my 5 year old. i have kept up my working out but have noticed i have been exsausted and lost like 5 lbs(not good cos it was muscle) i am back on track now, lesson learned!
