getting backon track….
soivebeen doing pretty good with my training. did arms yesterday and wentup5 1bs in weight and my bi’s HURT! but i LOVE that doms. it makes me feelacomplished:) i just hadmy morning meal of oatmeal and protein powder..yum-o. i am stayingwith my bff untili get everything paid at new place…. she does NOT eat healthy at all so i have my foods and she has hers.. hard bypassing the icecream givin everything that has happened. im being strong! well off to take my oldest to school then back todo legs and back:)
