Triceps isolation

Tricep Workout With Dumbells

This was my inspiration today, so I used it for my workout:

  • Lying DB extensions, 25×10, 30×10, 35×8
  • Sitting DB 1-arm raises, 25×10x2
  • Incline facing-bench DB kickbacks, 25×10x2.

Felt a huge pump afterward.  Hard!
