It starts in the morning!

I know that people say, I’m doing this tomorrow, blah blah blah…. For me it’s the truth, I’ve been slacking for way too long, and now I have the drive to say enough!I only have breakfast planned for now, but that’s enough to start with. Here’s the plan for the morning.

1/2 cream of wheat –using water not milk, sweetened with honey, and fax seeds for extra fiber. That will be served with a protein shake, and fruit.

Meal 2: Fruit, tuna on rice cake with water

lunch: If I’m home brown rice, protein shake, salad

Meal 4: Don’t know yet…..

Training: Jiu-Jitsu… :D

Any food / workout suggestions would be great! :D

Well I don’t know if it helps, but my basic eating plan for the past 4 weeks has been:

pre workout (I workout in the morning)
1 scoop Whey protein mixed in water
    Post workout
1 scoop whey protein/1 scoop casien in water, then either 2 slices white bread or a plain bagel (need those simple carbs after the session)
    Breakfast
    1 serving oatmeal
4 whole large eggs (Omega 3 enriched)
2 slices low fat american cheese
    Snack
2 scoops whey protein in water
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    Lunch
1 can white tuna in water
    1 tbsp low fat mayo
2 slices of whole wheat bread
    Snack
8 oz low fat plain yogurt
1 scoop whey protein (mixed in yogurt)
    Dinner
    8 oz Chicken breast
    1 cup mixed vegetables
    2 cups salad
    2 tbsp. oil/vinegar dressing
    Before bed
    1 scoop casien
mixed with water and 1/2 cup frozen fruit

I change a few things here and there, but it’s usually around the same as far as carb/protein/fats ratio

Adds up to about 2800 Calories, 325 protein, 215 carbs, and about 80-100 grams of fat. Give or take a few on each of the numbers.

Just thought I’d throw that out there, maybe give you a few ideas. Good luck and keep up the good work!

First week went great, weekend, not so much… but it was motivating. Went to Hershey Park, and saw only 7 people that where in better shape than me, out of thousands! That sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!
