back to split workouts
after spending several months on full body routines, Its time for a change. A few of my body parts are starting to have problems in the duration of a full body workout. Ill go from 2 full body workouts a week to 3 workouts a week with a chest/arms, back/shoulders, and a legs day. Hopefully this will be a good one for me and wont have to make many more if any adjustments.

Quick question, looking at your size, you’ve obviously been at this a good amount of time, (that’s a compliment, but a sincere one) what made you choose the full body workout you are currently leaving behind? how long were your twice a week full body workouts?
I was doing a full body 3 days a week and I got bored with it… plus the first few excercises I would hit really hard then the rest would suffer… so I switched to a 3 day split about a week or two ago. So far it’s been much more interesting and enjoyable. (I also think it’s working better for me but that’s likely because it’s new and different). Thanks in Advance for your response.
