How is that so many people drink alcohol and want to be bodybuilders? I am a perfect example. I love to get hammered, but at the same time I want to get big. Life makes people go through a non stop drama. I want to build muscle and be sane, but drama in my life makes me resort to violence and bust peoples heads open. Don’t test me cause I will stomp that ass. I am very dedicated to bodybuilding but I live in a society where alcohol is a part of everything. As far as I know alcohol and bodybuilding is a big time no no.

I’ve only drank 3 times this year and I’m about to start a new job on Tuesday, Sept.2 so I decided to go out drinking with an old friend of mine Terry. This is what kicked of the night. The SECOND I enter the bar, I get stared down by this girl with huge titties and a perfect round cornbread eatin’ ass. An ass that when you see it, you just want to spank it hard. She sees my tattoos and instantly walks up to me and starts feeling on my chest and grabin’ on my arms. She says "I gotta show you my tramp stamp" and she pulls her pants down a little bit, then she says I’ve got another one down there and pulls her pants down all the way and shows me her playboy bunny tattooed on the bottom of her ass. Thong riding up the crack, her bending over right there. Holy shit, and when I think it couldn’t get any better she says that she’s got like 12 piercings. She whips out one of her huge titties to show me that they’ve been double pierced and then shows me the other titty. This all happened in the first 60 seconds in the bar. And when she got down to her pierced clit she pulled her tight skirt up and stuck her leg out so I could clearly see her snatch. Holy shit! The beer tasted good. She ended up leaving with a local female porn star in a black escalade. Then went we went to the 3 o’clock bar and the same shit all over again. Pussy being thrown at me from everywhere, there was pussy coming out the walls. Finally when I connected with a girl that was down to take care of business, my buddy Terry comes up to me and says I can’t take her home on the account of the girl was his good friends wife! WTF! I had a great time anyways, no drama, no fighting, didn’t have to put anyone to sleep. A great night! It would be hard to top last night, except for the fact I didn’t get laid, but it was still a great time.

Shrugging has always been apart of my shoulder routine and is one of my favorite exercises. Recently, by accident I came across a product that I didn’t intend to buy, but did anyways, that helped me increase my shrugs from 405lbs. to 545lbs. The main thing that limited how much I could lift is my grip strength with straps. Yes, I know what some people are thinking, what a puss for using lifting straps, but I did not write this article for you. Anyways, even with straps everyone out there has a weight where their grip fails even with straps. Mine was rep number eight on 405. I had always been a fanatic about using the normal lifting powder combined with straps to shrug. When I was completely out of the normal lifting powder, I went to get some more and I couldn’t find it anywhere and the stores that normally carried it were sold out. Finally, I went to Dick’s sporting goods at the mall and asked about the powder and the employee said the only powder they had was baseball resin powder, the kind that players use to make their hands grip the ball better. So I said what the hell and bought some for 3 dollars. It comes in this bean bag that you shake and the powder comes out. So I went to the gym and put the resin on my hands and coated my straps and was blown away with the grip I was able to maintain. It was the tightest I have ever had my straps and there was no slippage at all. Eventually, in a couple months, I was able to increase my shrugs by 140lbs! Yesterday, was the first time that I got 545lbs. for 6 reps on my 6th set. Here is my routine:
Set 1, 135lbs.x 10 no straps
Set 2, 225lbs.x 10 no straps
Set 3, 315lbs.x 10 straps
Set 4, 405lbs.x 10 straps, belt, resin
Set 5, 495lbs.x 9 straps, belt, resin
Set 6, 545lbs.x 6 straps, belt, resin
Update 8/30/8 I just shrugged 585 for 6!

Sometimes when I’m at the gym I will hear things about an individual I do not like who is an old training partner of mine who has changed my life. He has made me extremely strong, improved my training by 100% and helped me develop the base of my work ethics in the gym. I hear he is doing very well, looking huge and is hooking up with all types of fine women. However I can’t stand it when I hear positive things about him. Why is this? Because I’m a hater. The reasons I do not like him are many. He has a huge ego and thinks he is far superior to any other guy in the gym. He is very arrogant and cocky and talks s__t about everyone who is lifting in the gym. "He’s on synthol", or "he’s on steroids", or "what is she doing with that loser". He will argue with trainers about how their training methods are far inferior to his and thinks he is the "king" of bodybuilding. No trainer at my gym can stand him. He went from 155lbs. to 185 in three months and walks around like a tough guy talking about fighting, when he’s never been in a fight in his life and he is 33 years old. He will do and say little things that will piss you off that continually build and build and build on you until you feel like exploding and squashing him like the little roach that he is. He will look at you before he lifts and say things like "I dedicate this next lift to you" because he knows he is stronger than you on incline press by 40lbs. and wants to rub it in your face. Twice I’ve almost pounded his face in and he has know idea how close he was to getting an a__ whipping. The only reason I didn’t is because I can potentially get off probation this August and he has called the police on ALL the other people that have whipped his ass. So, the reason I even wrote this article is to
acknowledge the fact that I am a hater. A hater of all his successes in the endeavors in his life to a point where I start to boil and the old Jay comes back for a moment and I have to settle him down.
