Had a chest and tri workout today. It was totally awesome. Didn’t break thru today but it was just a really good workout. I was really pumped up and ready to start the day.
decline - 6 sets x 6 - 8 reps, 155
crunches - something over 200
kickbacks - 3 sets x 10 reps, 15
bench dips - 90
overhead tri-pushes - 2 sets x 10 reps, 25
taped myself yesterday. That was an eye opener. I’ll leave it at that.

I slept into today. It’s my day off and I figured I deserved a little bit of an award. Extra sleep here I come. It was a chest and tri day. The bench went pretty well today. I did three sets of 8 at 155. That’s really good for me. And it’s more weight than I’ve ever lifted. I’ll do that for a couple of weeks then move up some more.
Did a little bit of tri work. It was all right. the equipment I have to work with sort of sucks, and I’m still dickin around about how to get past that. I have to do some old school routines I think. hand stands….that sort of thing.
Overall. It was a pretty good workout. Definitely had that pumped up, shaky feeling. I love that feeling.
Yup. That’s right, I snuck a pose in the mirror. LOL!!!

thank god it’s a rest day. My legs are sore!! It hurts to walk up the stairs to the second floor of the building I work in. Lol!! It’s a good kind of sore though, no injuries or anything, and my shoulders are comfortably tight.
I think I have my first stretch mark!! Haha~~
