Day 4
Diet is going well.. staying away from carbs after lunch.
Playing a lot of raquetball too.. still have no clue how many calories I am burning a day.
I did shoulders today with heavy weights
and abs with weights, I do them again tomorrow with just bodyweight.
Tomorrow will be my cheat day on food.. I might skip it though because I’m not hungry for junk food yet. I hope It stays that way for a couple weeks.
