Multivitamin - Taken at breakfast and dinner
September 3rd, Supplement Modification
While Jack3d works great in giving me the extra boost for workouts, I removed it today. I started taking 1 OxyELITE PRO in the morning and 1 after lunch. OxyELITE gives me more than enough energy throughout the day to get into my workout routine.

The Supplements I am currently using are:
GNC Ultra Mega Green Men's Vitamin - 1 a day
Con-Cret Creatine - 1 scoop one hour before workouts
Jack3d - 1 scoop 30 minutes before workouts
OxyELITE Pro - 1 during breakfast (7 am), 1 after lunch (1 - 2 pm)
GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 Protein - 1.5 scoops immediately after workout.
