March 7th, PHASE 2 of P90X 2

X2 Shoulders + Arms & X2 Ab Ripper

Feb 21st, Shoulder Injury

After my February 20th workout, Base & Back, I sustained a very painful strain in my left shoulder.  Unfortunately I was unable to workout for a number of days.  I visited a chiropractor for the first time and he advised I discontinue P90X 2 for a month.  Not going to happen.  After 8-9 days the acute pain was gone so I started with Plyocide since it is focused on legs.  Today (3/3/12) I started up on Base and Back.  My shoulder felt sore, but I was able to complete the workout without any severe pain.  Its nice to be back, I really missed the workouts.
