Supps

Well to give my opinion to Team Pain and every one else, I think that supps do help most people. That is becasue most people don’t get everything they need from food. I try to make sure that I eat enough to not need any supps other than the occasional protein bar and some creatine.

LEG DAY:(

I hate doing legs. I like the way they look, but I hate doing my legs. And it just seems that the stronger I get the more weight I have to use to get a work out, which means the less I want to do my legs. And in 15 years I still haven’t figured out what works better for legs, the squat or the leg press.

Squaters

How many times have you gone to the gym and there is someone on your favorite machine, supplementing actually working out on that machine with squating. Yes I am talking about the people who hold up machines while they carry on with a full blown conversation about whatever. The funniest thing to me is when I hear a couple squaters talking about how they were doing this or that exercise with this or that much weight. During these times when I encounter this breed of gym rat I find myself with two questions in mind. 1) How could you ever find that out when you talk this much?, and 2) Can you move the F*** out of the way?:)
