It felt good to get all 7 sets of 4
. One thing I did differently is that I focused more on thrusting my hip back at the start of the motion, rather than just sitting down. Honestly, this made a huge difference and I felt the movement went much smoother, better, and focused more on the whole leg rather than my knees

These are getting much better, however I still have to sit down for a good 3-4 minutes afterwards to catch my breath!
BACK EXTENSION MACHINE

I was going to do this last but a couple girls were on the leg extension machine, so I had to switch. I didn't mind waiting as they were actually working while they talked, rather than just talking

I was pumped and rested after having to wait for those girls. I might try 160 for all 3 sets next time
CARDIO
Rode my bike to and from the gym ... about a measly .25 miles one way
Walked the dogs after my post-workout shake
WORKOUT THOUGHTS
>> Today was a really great day, and more of what my leg routines should look like and how they should feel. I'm sure I'll be napping later
