Glad to have gotten the 340. I did these barefoot and felt every rep! But dang it, I want 410 for reps
COMPOSITE LEG PRESS

WOH MAMA! I was hoping for 10 reps each time but could only get 8. I've done more weight before but for fewer reps, so I'm not sure if any of these are PRs or not in terms of overall volume. Either way, I ceased to be able to walk properly
LEG EXTENSIONS (toes touching, legs together)
80 x 8 with hold
90 x 8 with hold
100 x 8 with hold
I like the idea of gradually moving my legs together to hit all parts of the quads. I really feel like my legs were more pumped than usual today, and after the leg press these were much more difficult!
CARDIO
Will be walking ... or wobbling ... the dogs around the block - about .8 miles
Rode my bike to and from the gym ... about a measly .25 miles one way
WORKOUT THOUGHTS
>> Glad to have gone up 20 lbs. for the squat, and really happy about those leg press numbers
>> Also, I have only eaten an Egg White Veggie Omelet, and that was around 10am. I just finished lifting and had two pouches of ERGOGENIX BLUE RASPBERRY AFTERMATH. I had this yesterday as well, with water. Today I mixed it with milk. The smell was nasty, but it tasted good. I use a hand mixer in a glass and it went everywhere yesterday with the water, but today it mixed a lot better. For the rest of the day I plan to EAT
