Im Doin work baby! 38 pounds gone!

yay!! four and a half months of training and im down 38 pounds!! ahhh im gettin there cant wait for the next 5 months.. ;) finally starting to see a change.. <3

yay 6 weeks 17 pounds down 5% bf down and feelin so goood.. i jus wnt it all so much more.. cant wait till im happy with lookin in the mirror !! Im on my way.. it feels so good 2 b working out and eating right.. i love it ! <3

light and fit yogurt - 2pm

about 10 grapes or an apple-2pm

raw spinach salad with light olive oil roasted red peppers n grilled chicken or the chicken cole cut n crushed pepper - 530pm

3 egg whites or 2 hard boiled eggs if im hungry or sugar free jello
