Thank goodness for leg day!

The hubby and I did legs and chest last night - along with cardio.
I hate doing chest - it kills! I guess that probably means that I should keep working on it.
Fortunately, I LOVE the legs exercises. Also, my legs seem to show improvement quickly. I may be crazy but I already think my legs are a little firmer than they were last week.
The only thing I am worried about is that my legs are going to be huge. I guess I’ll worry about that later in when I try to detail and for now, just enjoy the fact that you can actually see muscle somewhere on my body!
Haha

If anyone is reading… how much can you control how your proportions work out? I hope I’m not ALL legs when I get through????

Happy day to everyone!

This is the mistake that a lot of women make. If you lift heavy it will NOT make you huge. Muscle burns fat, the more muscle you have the more you will burn the fat on your body. So if you have muscular legs than the fat will come off which intern will make them look smaller and more toned. Trust me on this, look at my pics I have big legs and lift heavy is the only thing that made them look smaller. I thought the same thing! Keep it up and your diet looks great to me!

I lift heavy with legs and mine aren’t huge. If anything, it’ll make them tighter. Don’t hold back.

I think the way people get into trouble is choosing to workout one area over another. As long as you push hard and don’t skip your upper body workouts you’ll just be buliding more muscle to burn more fat.

Lift big or go home. I lift heavy with my legs and they have actually shrunk in inches but look far better than when they were mainly covered in fat.
