					<description>Well, you just wrote down what you intend to do.  That can be considered a promise.  So, now you have to keep your promise to yourself.  
Other than that, I have found that planning and prep help me because I put so much work into the food that I hate to let it go to waste.  Once you do get on a roll, it gets easy, especially when the compliments start rolling in.  I had to start with one healthy meal a day and add meals every week until it became full time habit.</description>
