It’s time for a change, and I’m going to do it!
I’ve joined the gym, planned my diet, bought supplements and I’m ready to go!

What’s your diet plan?
What supplements are you going to take?
Is this your first time trying a transformation?

Yes this is my first time trying a transformation… I managed to lose weight quickly when I was younger on fad diet and such, but I want to do it healthy and build some muscle this time.
My diet is basically a clean-eating diet, with balanced carbs and protein for first five meals, very low carb for last meal. I’m going for a total of 150 carbs, 150 protein with as little fat as possible. It’s a plan I got at the gym.
At the moment, I’m pretty much stuck on baked chicken, tuna, and steamed veggies.
The only supplements I have started using are meal replacements and protein powder. I also take multivitamins, and drink Adrenalyn Stacks at the gym.
This is the first time I’ve pursued fitness aggressively, and I don’t know very much about supplements. I’m hoping to figure out more as I go.
What supplements do you use?

Your plan sounds good! You really seem like you are going take this seriously (more than i do lol) Good for you. Just remember to even workout on the days that you don’t want to….a bad workout is better than no workout

Thanks! I am pretty serious… most of the people around me are sick of hearing about it or not seeing me as much. HaHa. So far, I haven’t missed any work days working out, no matter what. I don’t always make it to the gym on wknds, because I live in a very rural area and it’s a 45 min. drive to the gym! (The drive takes more motivation than the workou!) I do get out and hit the pavement, though.
