Starting with chest
Today was my first day full on in my routine. Did speed intervals on the treadmill… and then on to weights. I do chest on Mondays. Chest is my hardest day, and who likes Monday? maybe I should move it to another day. The good thing is tomorrow is legs, which I love. So, all the way through chest I’m like… "It’s okay - tomorrow I can do leg presses, squats, etc…."

How many reps & sets are you doing?
Make sure you keep a log. I have an excel spreadsheet that I’ve finetuned if you need one.
As far as supplements go….I love my pre-workout drinks supps….I was taking NO Xplode for the longest (can be to strong for some (jitters))….It got me really pumped at the gym….I was an animal on the weights and was able to go longer on the cardio. A preworkout supp is def. a personal choice….I am now taking "Animal Pump"…it doesn’t get me as ‘pumped’ as the NOXplode but I’ve seen weekly progress in increasing what I lift.
How are you with caffine?

I do four or five different exercises for each group. 4 sets of 20 reps. I wimped a little today on legs and only did 15 per set on squats.
I have a high tolerance for caffeine - honestly, I’ve never drank an energy drink that made me feel jittery. I may try the NOXplode - thanks for the tip!
