					<description>Thanks for the heads up and the encouragemtn. I am thinking it something called &amp;amp;#34;jumpers knee&amp;amp;#34;. I did a little reserach and it seems similar.Its a tendor tear. For now I have ice on it. We'll see how it does by tomorrow. But I think spin may be out :(</description>

					<description>PS the pain is in my left knee on the upper inside where it meets my quad, it is very tender to the touch. The pain itself is not awful, just uncomfortable but it is very tender...and seems to not be getting any better with my latest excersize. Advice is really appreciated!!!</description>

					<description>ohh be careful this sounds like what happened to me a while back with my knee..but if you do end up taking time off, if you watch the diet (you'll be less hungry on days you don't do cardio anyway) you can keep your progress..I've taken some days off a few times and kept up with the diet ok...it's when I'm working out heavy that I overeat normally!</description>
