Ok so I know I havent had any updates or anything lately, but I am keeping with the diet and excersize plan. I decided to just keep a log of my points in a little book that I bought, but am being very strict and working out even harder, with lots of cardio. I also added drinking a green tea to my morning routine, finding that it is a good metabolism booster. Always welcome to any new ideas. Right now I am

On Weight Watcher

Eating high protein, less carbs, lots of fruits and veggies.

Eating 5-6 small meals a day

Keeping larger meals toward the beginning of the day and gradually decreasing points

Trying REALLY hard not to eat after 8 pm

Drinking lots of water.

Drinking a green tea in the morning

Doing at least 1 hour of cardio every morning and sometimes an hour at night of toning (excersize tapes and such)

Staying more active throughout the day, taking the steps instead of elevators, lifting the kids more, parking at the far end of the parking lot, etc ;op dancing a lot more (cause I have more energy)

So far I have gone from 195.5 to 189 pounds and am feeling a huge difference in my body and energy levels. I’m totally loving the way I feel.

Any more advice however is always VERY welcome!
