Deficit from excersize 2500-3000 calories a week
Drinking lots of water!!!
Cutting sat fats down to under 10 g a day AT MOST
Cutting all white/refined starches, all complex/whole grain carbohydrates
lots of fruits and veggies
increasing healthy fats, mono and poly fats (omega 3’s)
Thinking about carb cycling, but need to research!
Getting as much sleep as my schedule will allow for
Drinking green tea and other forms of tea ;op
Taking a multivitamin specific to females.
Any other things I should be doing!?!?!
