I can see bones I haven’t seen in sooo long!!!
Friday, March 6th, 2009Ok so I’m incredibly excited now about my second round in fighting these lbs. I have lost over 30 lbs now, finally broke my plateau and have been feeling amazing about my progress at the gym, especially my 20 minutes treadmill run (primarily at a speed of 5.6) I feel so thrilled that I did this, and in the beginning it felt unconquerable, but I’m getting there.
I started recently taking Lipo-6 although I did hear some negative feedback on taking supplements, I had to try something different, because I really was stuck at 165-167 for a few months now. I am already incredibly pleased. I feel a great decrease in my appetite, making me capable of staying within my points range once again, which has been ridiculously challenging for me. A great new stamina and a better mood. I also see that I am less sore already from my workout, able to perform better and less bloated. Not to mention it promises an increase in libido…which the bf is going to love.
I’d just like to thank all of the people on here who have given their support. In the beginning 2 weeks I posted a blog saying that I felt I should just give up, because I had taken bikini progress pictures (see below) and was so apalled and depressed. Those people who gave their input along with my close friend manders and bf kevin, really pushed me forward and I am so happy for that. The second set of pictures in that bikini (while still needing work, were an amazing change.) I love where my body is going and I’m not ready to stop anytime soon! Also kudos to litlbit (spelling) for being a body and personal inspiration and to all of my other female friends on here and people yet to be friended that I am so motivated by. You guys are so beautiful and I hope you continue to grow stronger and closer to your goals. (xmanders, beautiful grace, aries eyes, kristilee, live and love, chickentuna….etc etc) There are too many to mention, but you all have heard from me personally how wonderful I think you really are for sticking with it and I mean it.
thanks for the motivation! lots of love
-Lori Anne
