Aweful day today. Very lazy and very bad eating. Ate tuna with way too much mayo. Stuffed myself with moms home cooking brownies :( . I am kicking myself for this and ate them only an hour before bed so now i feel like a fat shit. Looks like tommorow will be back and cardio cardio cardio.

Well i had a nice relaxing sunday with the family this weekend, but today was back to business. I wokred chest and tri’s which went ehhh pretty well i felt great afterward but changed it up a bit. Instead of my usual warmup, 10,8,6,4 that i would normally do i decided to go like this. Warmup8,6,4 all really heavy sets 275 for 6 which the last one i needed just the slightest bit of help and my 285 for 4 the last one i needed a little help. for incline i worked with 225×5 3 times then i got 245×4. my triceps were heavy dips and felt great got a few set of situps in and felt better ahah. all i  all good days my diet has been on key and im losing some fat. hopefully lose another pound of fat before i go away this weekend.

god damn i love post workout workouts more than post workout shakes ahaha. came home ran around my downstairs with my dog and wrestled him hes a lab. after that decided my heavy bag needed a beating other than that back and bi’s today was good to go used different machines and equipment today. feeling full ttyl

Okay, so now i have some time to go over some things this week has brought me. I had a good weekend of drinkin with the buddies but i never want to do that again. WAY tooo much beer and im totally kicking myself for it this week. I had a shitty chest day my last set being 275 4 times even though my sets were as follows, 135×10 225×10 265×7 274×4 274×4. Felt real week and felt like a fat a$$. The next day still felt fat and ate well over my calories even though it was good food it was just too much, i guess thats what happens when you wake up at 4:30am for work and work until 5:00 at night! My night workout was 15 minute interval cardio. Then abs and a little bit of arms with no rest in between. I sweat a lot this night which was really nice. So wednsday i took off ate pretty well but went out to eat with my gal and ate a lot of carbs but i needed them i eat very little usually not that im afraid of carbs but they definately are tempting, and when i start i cant stop. So now today i just got home from busting my butt at work, and then im heading to the gym WOOO! Today should be a lot of cardio and shoulders. Ill save back for friday so my arms look real nice friday night ;) .

Had a great week so far monday chest was strong ended with 295 for 4 on my last set of flat bench. Yesterday i banged out 325 for 5 on squats which was pretty awesome im getting much stronger legs. The last best thing was today doing pullups was an easy 11 8 8 widegrip feeling good and so much happier off 5×5!

Yah so today was great so far had a awesome workout this morning. Back and shoulders and was feeling good, but i was a  little pissed off at my sitting military press because it was 225 for 6 and before i was hitting 225 for at least 10. This could be because of doing back prior to the workout but i feel good anyways. My ECA helped bring the intensity and pace up as well as sweat dripping down my face. Next week workouts I will up the intensity and split the shoulder and back days so i can really kick my ass, but this is feeling much better than the 5×5 Bill Starr workout because i was just getting bored. I also love the feeling of waking up and muscles jumping out of your skin!

Just starting my blog or at least making sure i know how to use this damn thing so here it goes. I’m tired and i can’t believe how tired i am im on a cut and my carbs are low, but not that low. May as well relax for now because it is 95 outside and better off getting to the gym later this afternoon. I ended my 5×5 program and started up my pyramid style workout which is really whatever i want to do. I lifted my chest on friday and its killing me, but i love it. My legs yesterday and they feel pretty tight and sore, but I feel strong my last set of squats was 315 for 6 and they were deep. Hopefully my body will quickly adapt to this high rep workout that iv’e been missing so much.
