			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>so today started off good&#8230;.felt motivated and strong after a horrible workout yesterday, right before I head out, my union rep calls me and tells me I didnt get a daylight bid that I wanted.  but I did get a fri/sat bid so now I can zero in on a show, since there held on fri/sat.  anyways the wokout went great, finished my leg pressing with 900 for 12 good reps.</p>
<p>now Im focusing in on the tri-state in in August,  Im shooting for the middles&#8230;..and this gives me plenty of time to bring my legs and delts back up to speed
