back in the swing
Thursday, October 25th, 2007well after pretty much destroying my back (at work) and being freakishly innactive for months (doc orders..I have a great union job..had to listen..lol!)…Im looking to get back into the swing next week, even joining a different gym, until i get my wheels rollin again…I really dont want the constant: where ya been bro…you better now? questions…kinda depressing, havent been under 200lbs since hi-school! wish me luck!
